The main goal is to maximize your strengths and minimize weaknesses to improve your padel skills and physical condition.

Personalized padel sessions allow you to adjust the intensity and optimize the training, focusing on the aspects of the game you want to improve. From defensive shots to offensive strokes, you'll work on technical execution and exercises with ball machines and specific drills.

After learning new techniques, you'll apply them in real match situations. You'll learn tactical aspects and develop a strategy for competitive matches. Coaches will pay particular attention to speed control, ball direction, and changes in pace, as these aspects are crucial in this sport.

The program lasts one week, with arrival and departure on Sundays. No tennis lessons are held on Sundays.

You have the choice between the individual program and the duo program. The individual program offers 1-on-1 guidance, while the duo program involves shared training with a partner of the same level. Both programs offer padel training, fitness sessions, and personalized health treatments.

In addition to the intensive training, you'll have complimentary access to the Fitness Center with over 200 weekly activities. Take a refreshing swim in the semi-Olympic indoor pool and relax in the outdoor pool. Enjoy the relaxing facilities of the Beauty Spa, including the hydrothermal circuit, sauna, and Turkish bath. As a bonus, you'll have access to the Rafa Nadal Museum, where you can learn more about the tennis legend.
